At Cork City FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging; please note that personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them to the Cork City FC Club Shop at Turner's Cross; we recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
